I’ve had this book on my TBR for a while because I am drawn to the concept of being able to experience God’s presence at all times and in all ways. This was an incredibly reflective read that had me pausing, writing notes, writing questions, and most of all thinking of ways to apply this in my own life. I appreciate the humble and conversational tone not just of the book but the enclosed letters at the end. It’s helped me to realize that I can truly just approach God in sincerity and humility and He will hear me and receive me. I also appreciated the practical tips on how to acknowledge His presence even while working or doing other things. A great read for someone who desires to slow down and recognize God’s presence in their lives.
